Runes changing from what I selected?

Last three games my runes have been different from what I have picked. I have selected a tree then in game it loads to one of the premade rune trees. I TRIPLE checked my runes last game once I loaded in though the Glacial Augment rune tree premade loaded for me as a poppy Jungle; despite picking another one. Why is this happening? Also getting lag for some reason despite every other program and my network ping acting normal. Keeps saying "there has been an error" everytime I try to switch....when finally I am allowed to switch it jsut reverts back in loading screen as if I didn't.
