I want to remind Riot of their most brilliant design: Ivern - the absolute brainless garbage that has been spewed onto League.
After numerous nerfs Ivern is still dominating the Charts not only in low elo but ALL across the border.

He has a skillshot though, nothing is really brainless. You have to pay attention and know when to shield, how to hit your q, place your w in the right place. I can't just play Ivern and not touch anything relating to my computer and expect to do anything because he's brainless.

I mean that's pretty far from true. It's pretty easy to play ivern poorly. And if your teammates suck, there's not a lot you can do as you lack damage.

KillzInHD1 votesThat's a good win rate but it would be hard even with that win rate to justify more nerfs for a champion who has a K / D / A of 2.6 / 3.8 / 13.1 with 8.6k (125th out of 134 champions) damage to champions in diamond.
I mean the guy doesn't get many kills and does pathetic damage to champions. I get he has utility but that low kill and damage total is really, really low.

is basically 
(shields) who's ultimate summons a tank instead, but can nunu clear the jungle. and his Q is a lee sin Q (not so much the damage part) but it works for your teammates as well and roots them.
Just wrap up some of the most iconic skills from other champions.....and stuff them all into one champion......OBVIOUSLY that wouldn't be broken or anything like that.
