Make meta abusing reportable

I used to main before all the hype but I've completely stopped playing him because there is no honor in being a meta abuser. How do and abusers even sleep at night? It's preseason stop only picking the most broken triple S tier shit that's available, it lowers the amount of fun the enemy team has because losing to broken shit feels inherently unfair to play against. I see so many people abusing the most broken FOTM shit only to quickly fall in elo after it gets nerfed.
