Ziggs should be nerfed, but not because he is doing good bot lane.
He should be nerfed because he has a 54% winrate in his main lane (mid) and no one should even deal that much damage to towers, or at least not in their current state.

He is arguably strong at present but he shouldn't be nerfed before ahri who has been sitting in that winrate for an entire season and has twice the playrate. Or Leblanc or katarina or lee sin or vi or hecarim or Camille or Janna.
Tanks are strong, so zone control mages will be aswell.
Conversely assassins will generally be weaker, more cc and peel from the tanks.
ahri has almost the same win rate with more than twice the pick rate

If riot nerfs ziggs its gonna cause of the bot lane.Cause we know how they love to suck those adc dicks.If we talking about mid lane ziggs, yes maybe that 35% hp is to much , they should nerf it to like 25% or nerf his passive to turets, like they did with kassadin W.
Zigg's destroying towers isn't the issue. It's like saying a Ashe's shouldn't be good at kiting. It's kind of what they do. It's the added on things that make them too oppressive. Ashe's DPS was the highest in the game in patch 6.16 Zigg's damage to structures and towers is acceptable, it's just that being able to 100 - 0 anyone who isn't a tank doesn't always feel balanced. That being said Ahri is in a similar, if not stronger state then he is, and should probably take priority.
