The Cloud Drake bonus needs to provide more than just out-of-combat movement speed. I have two thoughts on what it could provide as a team bonus: faster recalls, or faster respawns. However, taking both would be overkill, so I'm putting a poll up for people to vote on.
Which would you want to be added to the Cloud Drake? Or if it's neither, what would you suggest?

Doctor Jarvis1 votesI don't have to work for boot enchantments though. Getting 15 MS from a fight thats supposed to matter gives me ~180 gold worth of stats out of combat. Which is not a lot. Farming like 20 minions and getting Alacrity on whatever boots I want, sure, that's toxic, but then, having an item that gives me 8% increased AD and AP would probably be toxic too.
