AS ENCHANTER MAIN I AM DISGUSTED BY THE STATE OF GAME AND HOW BALANCE WORKS

I approve that Neeko should not be played as on hit champion but why every enchanter outside of support need to be gutted ? I like to support TEAM not only autofilled adc on botlane.

Options to play enchanters outisde of support role }not counting neeko bcs nobody will play her anymore|:

Toplane: 43. best pick for top Karma at 48.78% 1.05% Midlane: 34. best pick for midlane Karma at 50.54% 0.62% Jungle: 28. best pick for jungle Ivern at 52.17% 1.30% /On patch they are saying that they have buff for ivern that once you step on bush you finnaly have ranged attack immediately, NICE TO KNOW THAT THEY KNOW THAT HE IS BUGGED LIKE 40PATCHES AND TILL NOW NOT HAVE DONE ANYTHING./

Like WTF what's wrong with you in balance team ? How can you move entire class into non-existent. Not to mention that on support role WHAT IS ONLY role for them atm they are being suppressed by tanks, tanks are another class that struggle outside of support role but they at least EXIST. They are still being picked for toplane and jungle. But where is Lulu top ? Morgana mid ? Taric jungle /yeah he is just healer but still/ ? Why enchanters is the ONLY CLASS that can't build any jungle item upgrade ? WHY BALANCE TEAM THINKS THAT ENCHANTERS NEED TO BE WEAK ??? AND WHERE IS RIVEN NERF ? SHE HAD SAME WINRATE AS NEEKO SITTING ON HIHGHER PICKRATE AND BY ALGORITHMS CHOSEN AS BEST PICK IN THE GAME SO WHERE ARE HER NEERFS ? I AM NOT GOING TO BE CALM ABOUT THIS !!! WHY WHEN BRUISER PLAYER COMPLAIN ABOUT ENCHANTER BEING PCIKED OUTSIDE OF SUPPORT ROLE, WHY THEN ENCHANTER IS ALWAYS HOTFIXED TO NON EXISTENT !!! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY GAMES I HAVE TOTTALY WON TOPLANE BUT LOST GAME IN PAST ?
