the idea was: "I want to S rank, to get more chests, for more project cores," but it's not what this is??

I just have to spend money, and that's it??

. . . I was really playing a lot games, thinking getting a lot of chests would help me to construct project stuff. . . AND YOU'RE TELLING ME IT DOESN'T??!?!!?

What a waste!!! Rito. . .dang it, I have to spend money to get the skin, anyway. . . reward me for playing a lot with it, by giving me the cool border.

. . . playing a lot of games, and working towards something: is fun! . . . if it's just, paying stuff, to get sweet things. . . that's not as much fun. I have to pay money for the skin itself, already!!! D:<!!!!!!!!!!!!

They've basically given you one of the old Project skins for free along with 4 icons and that's not even counting the chance you might actually get one of them as skin shards from opening boxes, I think it's fairly reasonable for them to charge for that much.

besides you got a free project skin and cache already

you look at my post from yesterday you can see some of the items i got in those Augment Cache's and such,

Got lucky to get the Project Yi using 11 Fusion cores to aquire, and i also got the Project Fiora as a skin shard :) along with other variances of skins n such
