Tryndamere needs to be nerfed and a rework needs to happen asap

He is too toxic at this point to play against. His ult should only be up every 3 minutes minimum, not ever 2 seconds. Like his attack speed and damage within his ults span of time is so toxic. He needs to be the top priority rework at this point.
