How about if you are a smurf, your account is automatically leveled to 30.

Currently, the new player experience is horrible. I can guarantee this is because of smurfs that flame pre-30 players (I have seen smurfs flame time and time again with my pre-30 account).I was thinking, when making an account, if you type in the username and password of your main account (account must be ranked) somewhere on the website, the smurf is leveled to 30. This way, the player will not flame the pre-30 players and can go straight to ranked. Thoughts?

Ranked without ip ,champs ,runes...So you want to make ranked a horrible experience??

They can just play normals until they want to start ranked.

Ya I don't see this happening if you want to hit level 30 in 4 days just play twisted tree line with friends push the game out to 7mins and win or dominion by yourself.
