Let's overbuff Dark Harvest first so people started taking Dark Harvest in the jungle while Electrocute is being put down. Let's also overbuff Dark Harvest so stupid broken champions like Miss Fortune, that abuses and abused every single broken thing in this game continues to make games frustrating. Miss Fortune abused Comet, she also abused/abuses Conqueror, she now abuses Dark Harvest and she also abuses Lethality. These jokers took an already broken, overbuffed keystone and reworked it to make it even more broken, now instead of being good in the jungle/Miss Fortune only, now every single champion takes this rune from Top Lane Bruisers/Tanks, Mid Mages and Assassins and even Support. I've seen Dark Harvest Janna support dealing tons of damage while building support items.
Ezreal was already fine as he was, but no. The balance team with their 100% bias towards Ezreal decides we need to buff this champion 50 million times.
When is Conqueror getting nerfed? Nice joke. Juggernauts and Bruisers are allowed to have the same tankiness and deal assassin damage, that's fine. But if a Full Tank, deals just 50 damage with one spell "Tanks deal too much damage" "Nerf Tanks". Full Tanks nowadays in this game are basically a more farmed support champion in the top lane with no meaningful damage, and they can't survive more than 2 seconds while spending all their money on expensive tank items while a Juggernaut/Bruiser builds Tri Force + Steraks and gets more tanky than a Full Tank while also having the damage.
Snowballing also has been accelerated this patch because of turrets giving extra gold. It isn't hard to take down the first and second turret plate, and by the time you take down the turret, the plating has fallen off, so you get free gold while also being able to take the turret down with ease. Games in this patch actually end quicker because as a snowbally champion, you get free gold from the plates, then snowball into oblivion and one shot everyone because the damage is still the same.
Basically this patch is: Take Dark Harvest on every champion. Tanks are still useless the entire game. Snowball your champion and kill everything.
Same damage. Same champions. No major fixes. Same one shot meta.
