Is BotRK too strong with the champs it's recommended for? When champs like Vayne and Zed use it, they synergize with it extremely well and it's very good first item that's worth their time and effort to acquire. I mean, hell, the last game I had with a vayne? She barely needed any AD, she built a shit ton of AS and was a monster.

I'm not trying to make a statement, I'm just honestly curious if botrk synergizes TOO well with some champs. I guess you could say I want the community's view on item 3153
