Such an odd choice for a champ that seems rarely played, and also rather balanced.
That and doesn't need mana increases when she already has mana issues even with that, uh... great... passive (after mid game at least).
IN THE ASIAN PRO SCENE SHE IS REALLY OP. SHE JUST ISNT AS POPULAR HERE. SO THEY ARE MAKING BUFFS/NERFS ECT FOR WORLDS. NEXT PATCH IS THE LAST PATCH BEFORE WORLDS. THEY DONT WANT TO MAKE TO MANY CHANGES ON THE LAST PATCH RATHER GIVE THEM "PROS" TIME TO ADJUST. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OTHER 99% OF THE PLAYERS

I don't understand why they nerf Lissandra for being a reliable secondary pick but then give Lee annual buffs to make sure he's played in half the games at every worlds.
It would be like nerfing Syndra and buffing Azir. So totally backwards.

Ever since I saw a master player crush a game with her I think she needs nerfs and she only got buffs since then
She bassicly has no cooldowns even without cdr Permaslow Lockdown Ranged

Its aimed at the pro scene, not us. Liss has typically been one of the strongest picks in certain matchups because of her CC.
Because lissandra has a no counterplay point and click CC thing that did a lot of damage. She was CCing you while also bursting you from 100 to 0. Honestly, the nerf wasn't surprising to me.
Well, she's been played quite a fair amount in LCS recently, and we all know how much priority Riot gives the LCS in terms of game balance. And to be fair, I've been playing a bunch of Liss in the past few days and she seems really frickin good if you know what you're doing. Protobelt is busted on her.
The most common build in LCS/LCK doesnt use a mana item, so the nerfs are probably because of that
Since Riot mostly balances based off of the LCS. She offers too much utility and damage if played correctly so they decide to nerf her because a couple of pro players are good with her.
