what tilts me the most is that they will ask you to explain why mortal would have been better then getting a second crit item.
edit: what i meant with second crit item is after you have your

That being said, I have no clue why other adc mains hate it so much. The amount of healing it prevents heavily outweighs the extra damage 
outputs vs champs like Soraka.
