Simple question
When and why would someone buy the 3400 cost BotRK or 3600 cost Rageblade over other just as if not more effective but cheaper items?
This is the justification issue I am seeing with these 2 items in their current state.

You buy bork when there is a high hp tank you want to kill and you also want the active so you can peel with the slow and with the speedup. Yasuo buys this item so that he can chase ppl down better. Works very well for him.
You buy rageblade when you are kog maw.
