a plea to give Lissandra a new passive in Mage Update.

This is purely my opinion and view on Lissandra's passive.

I find it extremely underwhelming and its completely useless late game.

My resolve: New Passive, Frost Bite

Every 5th auto atack Lissandra slows her target for 15% for 2 seconds

I don't think she needs any changes, she seems to be in a really good spot in the meta at the moment. Plus, I like her passive. Mana is costly on her.

My idea for a new passive was this:

Iceborn's Curse:

Every time Lissandra hits an enemy champion with a spell they get the Iceborn's Curse debuff which increases her damage by x amount for 3 seconds with a (x) time internal cooldown on the same target. Additionally, Frozen Tomb inflicts Black Ice, inflicting a 50% slow for 2 seconds that spreads to nearby enemies caught in the vicinity

Passive: Every X seconds (reduced by 1 second each time you impair an enemy champion’s movement), your next spellcast will have an additional effect:

Q: ALL units damaged by this ability are slowed by X% (could increase slow if this is too bad) (not just the first unit hit)

W: Gains X% additional damage based on how close target is (up to 50%)

E: Reactivation triggers a mark on a champion within X range (prioritizing the closest one), granting 10% increased CC duration on target for 5 seconds

R: Enemy cast: Blinds target encased in ice (like Quinn Q)

Self-cast: Lissandra is still able to cast spells while encased in ice

I love the idea of Lissandra being able to cast while still in her ult (self cast) I always thought it was so zhonya's to the point I'm always waiting to be bursted on when I come out of the ult

Honestly if she could cast while in her ult, her Q range isn't all that long her W radius isn't very big and the E would be a nice way to avoid obvious burst when coming out
