his ulti can be countered by but i don't care, i want to get 40% cdr or 100% crit as an ADC

his range sucks but i don't know how to position/peel as a support for my mage/adc

his ulti heals him less if i build mr thanks to riot i can build banshee, or hexdrinker

his damage is totally negated by , again i want 100% crit

his W is delayed

he doesn't have waveclear which gives no presence top/bot unlike zed/orianna

his mana cost are high

immobile bruiser mage

god thanks riot for nerfing him, so ADC main can build as always crit and not worry about learning the game

He was obliterating in high elos. I literally never see people play swain in high gold/low plat where I am and this week I saw 4. I know in elos above me he is really FOTM and is dominating. Low elos complaining he doesnt need it and high elos are complaining he does.

Riot will always listen to the high elos. They know the game way better

He's been strong ever since they stopped using ignite in top/mid, but for the sheep you're only "OP" if your win rate and popularity are like Lee Sins.

But then they pull the "he has a bunch of popularity so he must be OP because nobody plays a champion because he is fun" card to justify the win rate. Lee Sin isn't OP, Swain's power level is currently retarded

My point is, circlejerks flame Riot for every patch Lee Sin doesn't get nerfed even if Riot nerfs more problematic champions like Swain who's power level is completely retarded.

I wouldnt say his power level is completely retarded. He is the AP version of tryndamere. He just benefited really well from the new masteries.

Yeah sure they know the game better, but then they would say to do something about the masteries. He wasn't overbearing before preseason came because I know a bunch of people in high ELO and they never made a peep about Swain. I swear, Riot should look at the thing breaking the champion instead because all this might probably end with is a nerf to the mastery(sooner or later) with no compensation to champion.

high elo's did complain about the masteries. That is most of the reason why Warlord's was hotfixed. Swain is over powered right now because that mastery procs on every tick of his DoT and he is completely Dot based

Swain has been strong for a while now (no one played him because he is ugly and painfully boring). Deathfire Touch probably made him too strong.
