This patch feels really small and irrelevant.

Is it just me? Maybe it's because of the champion release?

I just feel like everything that was broken last patch is still broken. Everything that was garbage last patch (Except maybe Ashe) is still garbage.

Rift Herald is still really awkward, and the it's damage was lowered but spaghetti code works at it's finest to make sure that hitting it from behind with it's eye open deals no true damage (In my case, I was playing Yi and had the devourer jungle item to keep the eye open. The first hit did the correct amount of true damage, but then it just stopped even though the eye was open.) Plus Rift Herald still does not give 5 devourer stacks unless you take the kill.

Plus itemization still feels really awkward because of price increases/nerfs, and junglers have less gold income than before the preseason with the removal of the 30 bonus gold passive from the jungle item (The base gold of jungle monsters got buffed, sure, but not enough that it matters. You still lose a significant amount of gold income, even though most items got price increases/nerfs and low sustain junglers have to invest 400 gold into hunter's potion now because of the trailblazer removal)

Hopefully 5.24 will do something more significant.

… not sure if trolling or not. But here goes.

Homeguards for free on everyone at 20 minutes is way better for the losing team than the winning team. If a team that's losing is getting stomped that's functionally 2250 Free Gold they can make use of, that the winning team has a harder time with. Turrets now have 500 more HP which means it's slightly longer to shove them down.

Fixes to Warlords Bloodlust, fixes to the Stormguard glitch, tune backs on Graves and Guinsoo.

Significant changes for jungling through the MR reductions (even AD champions that take Machete get a small boost via the increased efficiency of the 20 on-hit damage and gromp buff). Building into that Hunter's Potion is better now that Refillable Potion is better.

I wouldn't say the changes since the preseason came out were small and irrelevant.

Also, adding to what the person above me said, not everything in preseason can balanced out in one patch.
