that you cant deny kalista binding your souls

you could complain that the interaction sucks, if someone could say no to the binding then kalista wouls have only 5 slots in her inventory cause nobody wants this crap, its useless and its clunky (besides the saves she can pull off), accepting it wiss 1005 sureto do more bad than good, or kalista wont use her ult at all and just hope for the w to proc sometime

the entire soulbound thing is the worst part of kalista, and it has a very good chances to be the worst designed thing ever, and for sure it isnt doing what it was expected to do

if anyone wants some love for the champion who beats teemo when it comes to toxicity, then that would be the way to start

The fix could be if someone says no, the item gets refunded to you to try on someone else. If EVERYONE on the team says no, let you use it to mark an enemy champion as a hunt target or something giving you bonuses against them (maybe extra move speed when hitting them? I don't know.)

i consider this a wasted potential, its meant to encourage cooperation and teamwork, meanwhile all that it is used is some damage and a clunky ult that is rarely used due to its nature
