Can you actually give mana cost for AP champion that can spam their ability?

These champion are in meta for a reason other then Annie, Annie can be meta or not depending on if enemy team isn't smart enough and group up for a Annie ult. These champion can spam Q non stop when they get pass level 6 the only way they actually start to lose mana is when they try to do a combo with all their ability but they have a huge range and can spam non stop. I know AP mid lost mana pot but dear hell it doesn't mean make AP mid spammable

Annie is only on the list because she can just last hit with Q and never be mana cost unless she want to go R Q W E combo but that 80% will result in a kill in the outcome.

Cass almost needs her early mana costs doubled. How can you have a hyper carry also be a lane bully? Stupid as hell.

My opinion it's the fang after posin spam she can keep it if she want but make it so that every time she uses fang it will cost more every time until she lets it cool down like kog ult.

due to being typically highly mana dependent champs and reliant on CDR they need to get at least a item 3165 before they are any real threat

and most dont really kill til lvl 6 with ults any ways, well besides taliyah... she uses her ult to roam

but with the patch coming and the changes on the PBE to the mana passive restore on dorans.. you cant stack them any more

Wow hold on who told you they had bad early game? Maybe Syndra yes but trust me when Taliyah Cassiopeia get to level 3 they can instantly kill you if you're using a champion that are in their range of their ability, for Orianna she sort of does a small little but she can spam her ball movement to damage and harras non stop by a huge range that is practically untouchable in the early game.

If Cassiopeia kills you on level 2 or 3 you deserve it. You didn't respect the powerspike she gets with her Q.

Level 1: She starts with her E to allow her to farm without a great loss of mana. Level 2: She levels her Q, NOW her passive starts working. She can, and will, all in you if she can hit her Q on you.

If you got TP, you back, she's out of mana. If she doesn't hit her Q she can't kill you. I suggest you play her. You'd be surprised at how fast you're out of mana.

Hope you realize Cass players take Tp too and you forgot about level 3 where you can't flash out or use mobility to escape. I know you main her but you can obviously see when she can spam her ability it's broken as hell and when you try to turn to either CC she can ult or slow either way works since she is obviously chasing you.

Cassiopeia builds a minimum of two mana items, occasionally doing three. That's a third to half of her build dedicated to dealing with mana. Just lol at including her in a group of mages with spammable spells.
