Shouldn't melee champion take less time to active Lethal Tempo?
As far as I am aware melee champion probably are the primary users of this keystone. Marks are most likely to go Fleet Footwork or Press the Attack or even Sorcery keystones over Tempo

nonononononono. More power to yi, tryn, olaf, shyv, JAX , XIN why are you sharing your nightmare on boards?
Lethal tempo isn't very good on Xin, there's much better options
lethal tempo isn't even used on most of those so why not make it viable
Uh, they´re buffing it on the PBE.
What people don´t realize is that Lethal Tempo is a niche keystone. It works on all of those Webstar mentioned, but why would they use it when PTA and Conqueror exist and improve their damage output by higher numbers?
What´s the point of attacking fast if you don´t have the damage to back it up?
LT isn´t weak. Other Precision keystones are just outright better. Kog'Maw and Kalista can make use of it pretty nicely, but when Fleet Footwork exists, why would they?
Yasuo could probably use it too to get temporary lower CDs on Q, but when Fleet Footwork, PTA and Conqueror exist, why would he?

that's why i said make it viable
That´s the thing. It IS viable. But all the others just give so much more, from scaling extra extra damage, to converting part of your damage into true damage, to sustain.
Lethal Tempo just gives attack speed and nothing else. For it to actually be an equal or better pick than PTA, Conqueror or Fleet Footwork, Riot would have to massively buff it and/or add more stuff for it to give, to the point where those who already do use it well will be absolutely broken.
I for one don´t wanna see Kayle get gutted because she turned into another version of 5.0 AS Kog'Maw.
It’s not viable if no one uses it
Atleast compared to other runes, so make it viable.
