You have to own the champion, it cannot be free week.

You're only allowed 1 S grade reward for what ever duration of time they decide per character, so you'll need to keep using new characters every 3 days to get the chests.

I play only ranked so... i guess im not getting cause mostly im playing lux or miss fortune ,but still :/ for the last like 4-5 days i didint get a single chest or keystone :/ thats weird.
