Can anyone name a single melee champion who has phase rush as their most common keystone? I cant.
Becasue i dont see why the keystone is just buffed for ranged. I took stormraiders on lots of melees but PR isnt worth it.

Besides, it was next to useless for ranged champs. The MS was far lower and they gained no tenacity. Buffing the MS for ranged champs is hardly the end of the world.

I have no problem with taking away the slow resistance for ranged but the duration should be extended for melees so more than 2 melees can use it. Kleptomancy is bad on melees and keystone choice is really restricted on a lot of melees. PR is much easier to proc for ranged.
DuskDaUmbreon1 votesIt's generally not used on melee champions because nobody that doesn't absolutely need it takes it. All the people that ever take it (or Stormraider's) are all but completely immobile.
waiting for WoW1 votesFleet footwork will now outperform it in every way for melee in the first place. Way stronger early, procs off 1 auto, has no inherent cooldown outside of it's charge time, and it grants healing that scales off both AP and AD.
This isn't a buff either Phase Rush needs the slow resistance to even function on every champion ranged and melee which is why stormraider's had it to begin with. It feels terrible playing a mage and taking Phase Rush only to get slowed by everything(seriously everything slows now) and have your keystone do absolutely nothing.

Garen can take Phase rush in many case. He can proc it pretty easily. Also if you take Phase rush mixed with, boots of switfness and unflinching, you can basically get 115%-125% slow reduction, wich deny slow applied to you and even turn them to speed up, think Tahm self slow on his W. If he proc Phase rush with the mentionned setup, he can deny his self slow and devour his enemy will being ghosted. Trust me, Phase rush is just underrated because it's extremely strong. Think of an Ashe, you proc phase rush and her basic attack slow, haste you instead.
