No bans is just for people like for my friend who like the challenge of facing op champs, and things like that

If you don't want to ban an OP pick, just ban something totally unviable like Urgot or Shaco

Take a gamble and ban something else. You probably don't have to ban something with a 40% banrate or some shit

Ban what you personally do not want to face.

This system is great because you can ban something that gets rarely banned and you can basically guarantee that the most OP stuff gets banned anyway. It's really simple

There's no perfect system. Each has their own flaws and the likes. Even duplicate bans aren't a total waste, depending on the intention of the system (in this case, it would not be).
