Hell yeah, I always dominate Riven in lane.

Not really (depends on how you build him) if you build him the Black cleaver way then yes I can see that happening but if you start with Longsword 1 health pot and 2 manapots + Get a pick and more mana pots you should be fine Get 2 E 1 Q 1 W + Harass from range with Q until shes at around 400 or so hp then W + Q E you should get a kill (make sure to bring ignite incase) Level E as far as you can Don't start leveling W again until you max Q ult should be taken at 8 or above

If riven gets shit on early game that wont matter. She is truly a feast or famine champion
