Nocturne has the most versatile builds but you decided to buff him because you nerf duskblade?

Nocturne was never dependant on duskblade this champion can do the same thing with BOTRK or other items. He has alot of sustain damage and can stick to his opponent very easely, you are just making his other builds stronger while his duskblade path is decent. Nocturne was never considered a weak champion, booring but not weak. He is always picked in LCS and High elo for a champion that has such a simple kit and those who knows how to abuse it always do fairly well with him.
