I feel like that Tahm needs this nerf since he's so broken with his ult passive. A flat mana cost just doesn't seem fair to me on a op champion like tahm. (It should be increasing mana cost like this: 50/55/60/65/70 - Just an example).

well I just find it difficult to play against him q.q Its probably because games hit late game and he's really strong by then. I don't know... I just feel like he's really strong.
