Make Bard's meep cooldown reduce for one second for each autoattack.

So i was playing Bard mid and noticed two things - contrary to popular belief - he has damage and the other thing is - it is fun. As Riot is apparently okay with certain champs being played in more than one role i think this little buff wouldn't hurt right? For each auto make meeps spawn 1s faster. This wouldn't make Bard support overpowered in any way, but his midlane sure would get a lot better for those who like this kind of stuff.

And than we will get jungling devourer Bard, with endless stream of AOE targeted slowing attacks and great Magical Journey-Cosmic Binding ganks

with that change, he would be pretty decent early on. I can already do a full clear without pull now, though his clearspeed sucks, but with that buff to his dps, it would become quite ok.

Nah, people tried jungle bard when he first came out and it sucked. His ganks are incredible but it's just not worth it for the awful clear.

As awesome as this would be, Bard is far too fragile and lacks any sort of damage to be a jungler of any merit

Bard's early clear is beyond garbage and gives a new definition to a "slow" jungler, considering he only has 1 damaging spell when his passive isnt up, and his passive is pretty bard until he starts getting a bunch of chimes

I don't think you understand the terror when a solo-lane support suddenly starts building AS.

There was a dark time in the League where Lulu was allowed to build Madreds... Oh I still have nightmares about those dark days.

I do remember, but Bard's passive is less consistent so it probably wouldn't be on Lulu's level

Were you there for Kassadin's Wit's End + Malady + Madred's build? Like what the fack he shredded your Health, Mana, Armor AND Magic Resist

Like if he could get those three items being too far behind, the game suddenly wasn't even fair anymore xD

Well, he was somewhat fair in the sense that his lanephase was even more atrocious than AP Kass simply because he didn't do much damage until he got his second item (whereas all AP Kass needed to get rolling was an early RoA) xD

they have pretty different kits though, bard doesn't have a easy to land range poke+waveclear, nor a point n click nuke, nor a shield, nor a point n click hard cc, nor a massive speedbuf. Lulus kit is incredible powerfull for a sololane, it's not just her passive which due to it's consistency is far stronger early on than bards for longer trades, constant harras.

And while madrets was great on her, she also had much higher basevalues overall back then...
