I thought reworks existed to make kits more fun, interactive, and balanceable....

So what exactly does the Cassi rework do?

Wait around till I land a posion skill shot, then stat-check my opponent by hammering E. Early game I'm a stupid bully. Late game I'm an ADC who has to cast each auto-attack. I've got a utility ulti, and some poison I guess. Fun right?

There is no fun anywhere in this formula. The only interaction in lane is "don't get poisoned" if I'm not poisoned Cass does nothing, if I am poisoned GG no RE prepared to get needled to death.

Riot loves to talk about balancing levers. It's why they rework champs like Warwick, who doesn't have much to really balance around besides numbers. Yet in Cass's case her entire kit is built around her E. Nerf it, she's bad, buff it she's good. That right there screams failure of a rework.

I just fail to see any logic in this rework what so ever. I'm not saying she's op or weak, just a really clunky unfun kit.

dunno why you are getting so many downvotes, almost everyone agree's that cass' rework was trash.

The thing with Cass' E is that it was necessary to increase her single target damage. Because making her AoE poison would do too much damage if it was useful on its own.

don't get hit with an Ahri cham, ziggs bomb, or Zeds' shuriken. Your basically saying that any skillshot or AoE ability is uninteractive.

You also forget that she's more powerful Overtly to make up for her lack of Mobility.
