A Few New Ideas/Mechanic for lower ELO Players to help climb the Ladder!

Hey guys today I'd like to present an idea that i've had in my mind that i've been formulating for awhile to help out lower tier players climb the ladder. I am Matthew100x, I am a bronze 5 player who was silver 5 during the preseason. I've already made a post about my annoyment with the system due to the fact it was pairing me with trolls or bad players who nearly always feed. I'm not saying that some people don't have bad games, but when you go through 3-4 games with atleast one or two people who feed hard, it becomes impossible to gain LP. I actually just came off my second promo for getting out of Bronze 5 and 2 out of 3 games our team fed hard, even one of them i fed because i was forced to support and the enemy snowballed ridiculously hard.

Now the ideas that i'm about to suggest wouldn't really help out in the scenario that i was in with my promos, however it will help out those who have bad luck with teams like i do.

Idea 1: Individual players who clearly attempted to carry in a game by having a large KDA or gets a good amount of objectives doesn't lose LP, but gains a small amount.

This idea is based off the fact that in every game, you'll always have one or two people doing the best out of everyone, AKA the carries. The carries put an incredible hard amount of work into the game, but even if they're doing well, their teammates sometimes do not. Whether it be a troll or a player whose having a really bad game, they end up feeding and because of that the enemy team rebounds or remains on equal footing with other team and manages to overcome them and beats them. This just happened to me in my other game, I played Draven and my teams Jax Diana and Bard fed hard. It came to the point that even though i had the most kills on my team, my attempt to stop the enemy team from breaking the nexus put me in the negative. 9/10/5 with 209 CS was my final score, the Malphite also did pretty good going 8/4/4. Is it fair to us that we have to lose 23 LP because we had feeders on our team? I had 98 LP and was about to reenter my promos, I also felt it was unfair because the last game i played only gave me around 14-16 LP which left me right outside of my promos.

Now my example is rather bad, but was it fair to lose 23 lp? No, what i'm suggesting is that it should've been around -10 or -5 lose of LP because i was doing better on my team. League records assists, kills, deaths, who destroyed tower and who assisted in the destruction of tower. With that in mind, it should be relatively easy to write a program that monitors these events in the game and helps give more accurate LP score for how the player played in the game. Heck if the player did really good and lost, the system should either give a small amount of LP (around 1 or 3 LP) or just give 0 LP so that way the player doesn't have to play more games with potentially bad teammates that keep him dragged down and locked in ELO Hell.

Idea 2:Demote Bronze players and Silver players who consistently feed to lvl 15 thereby preventing them from playing ranked.

To help wash out some of the bad talent within the lower ELOs, demotions should be given out to players who troll or have a hard time playing. The Motto has always been that bad players will have their MMR and division even out with their skill level, therefore placing them in the division that they need to be. I am in Bronze 5, I am playing with bronze 5s, If people are still feeding in bronze 5, then the next step that should be taken is to remove them from rank. There's already a report for unskilled option when you report people, if enough people report someone for unskilled, they should have their rank/level demoted so that way you have better players competing in the lower ranks. Match History can be utilized also when it comes to this idea, if the player has enough bad games in a row and it becomes a trend, the system should then demote him/her.

These are all the ideas i have for now, I'm still struggling to get out of bronze 5, I'm not one of those people who think they're diamond tier. I know i have issues with my gameplay, I know i need to work on my CS, I know i need to work on my positioning. However if you 1v1 me and you don't counter me, expect a good death in a great battle.

Thanks for reading, ~Matthew100x

Edit:(damn it, sorry about the champion icons and not spacing out the paragraphs, i just realized what i typed up is an eyesore, my bad.)
