He was recently buffed. Pretty sure for worlds. Nothing to do with 'oh he is an adc he can get away with whatever.'

By that same logic, oh AHri has a 54.5% win rate and 14% play rate in diamond+, but we don't give a shit because she's an assassin and not a stat check.

Nami is 54% win rate, and 18% play rate, but we don't give a shit cuz she's not a stat check.

winrate rate means nothing and if you use it to justify your point you have a brain of a child. Now lets talk about lucian is he is strong yes is he op no since he can lose some match ups and when is does win a match up he is not oppressive and there are better adcs or adcs that are on the same level as him.
