Dude builds 0 damage, still does a massive amount over time, gets ridiculously tanky, and is impossible to kite, and has two of the best CC spells in the game. You quite literally have to devote the entire team to stopping him, and even then he can still get away.

is you want a champ that can wave clear/push. singed is gonna try to proxy and force his wave to crash at your turret creating pressure by having a champ that can wave clear and push it punishes singed for doing so. you might wanna think in terms of a champ that can match his split as well cuz that is what singed is gonna do

What singed does is that it also walks up to the carry, and fling the shit out of the carry into your team, and then cc the carry with slows from all sorts of sources. Skarner doesn't deal dmg during its ultimate, but singed deal crap ton of damage to squishies. Slows the entire enemy team down with proper build.
There is a reason why singed has ridiculously high win rate. The stalling power, the team fights, etc, etc.

ok so singed legit has to walk up and cc to fling a "carry" into the enemy. why isnt your team* the team vs singed* not ccing him when he tries this ? you all act as if he is 75% win rate and a 100% pick/ban he isnt. is he strong currently? YES i wont disagree but he can be beaten. once again a champ that can wave clear and push vs singed wins, Kayle, Donger, etc

so that you can wave clear faster but also proxy his wave too.
I recommend champions with sustain or builds lifesteal but very good damage late game, that way you can easily shred Singed.

In lane this makes him basically the single most kitable champion in the game.
Fling is definitely one of the best CC spells in the game, but his pool is below average for a CC spell (but still good, since CC in league is good in general).
In fact if you replaced singed W directly with almost any other spell that had CC in the game, he would be a stronger champion.
