As a mage main, I really miss scaling cooldown reduction.

With this new mastery system a lot of mages take either Sorcery or Domination withthe opposite as a subset.

Its really frustrating thinking you have x amount of cooldown you're use to and zero ways to get it aside from and

I wish there was an option to add 'x amount of scaling cdr' like before :/
