Let's Discuss Lee (but please no stupid OP comments)

Ok so Lee Sin has been strong for a long time and people have always complained about him, but with the recent jungle changes making it more difficult he's been really blown up as op. What i want to discuss is why people believe he's so strong and what could be done to fix it.

I think that Lee Sin isn't op so much as he was better off than other junglers after the changes. He can be a tank or a carry from jungle and has the built in sustain to safely clear. He also has more damage than other junglers at early levels making him a monster invading. His ganks are pretty much the same as they've always been (though the early trinket hop into the enemies lane from tri is strong). As for how he would be balanced out i'd say nerf the amount of damage his resonating strike can do to jungle creeps (and he might need an early damage tone back, though if that's the case i'd say give him a slight scaling buff). Let him have an easier transition into late game while toning back his early game power.
