sure, if you are new to him.

Kindred does not need buffs, if you get gud with him hes a decent champion. (by that I mean play him a lot)

Frankly speaking, kindred has issues right now, his power spikes in the wrong direction. He was nerfed because he had a strong early game and a reliable late game. THey ended up nerfing his early game so much, that his late game became better than his early game. They need to revisit his power spikes. (but not straight out buff him)
