I just wish the champions I main get that kind of nerf when they are over powered. i wish Viktor got nerfed by increasing his mana cost on my spell by 10
Watching pro play and seeing how dominating he is in lane (+40cs alone). Watching majority of mid laners even assassins like Ahri hide behind their turret..
Then watching how a Lucian even out scales majority of these champs..

This way his laning against mages and melee mids or tops will lower form being 110% cheese to 100% cheese lane, its just stupid.
The problem with most ADCs ( not just 
) mid and top is their 0 CD, 0 Resource, 0 turn rate, undodgable, life sustaining and 100% TOTAL AD scaling RANGED Autos that allow them to easily cheese ( or RAPE if they have free mobility like 
) any Mage or Melee champ they face ALONE from early to mid game, leaving them in ruin while they outscale them anyway by late game unless u play 
and maybe 
but its difficult if the ADC is any good or at least have 2 arms so he can use more than just the right + left mouse buttons :P
the problem is made even worse with passive.
