Match making WAY TOO LONG - ESTIMATES NOT CORRECT

Constantly I see, estimated wait: 2:45.. Current wait: 6:45

This is the year 2016. It should take 5 seconds to find a match in a popular game. Fix your system. At least get the estimate right.. I feel like if some dum dum doesn't lock in, I get sent to the BACK OF THE LINE to wait all over again.. obviously the people writing code for this game are not from the USA where we know how to manage a proper Queue.. Look at the banks, look at cedar point.. look at Disney.. they know how to do an estimated wait time and its very accurate.
