Estimate Wait is complete trash
I wait at least double, sometimes triple. Get it right. Call Cedar Point and Disney and ask them how they do it.. they are much better at it than you are.

I main support. Queue times say "Estimated 3:15" usually. I often find games within 50 seconds. This estimation is based completely off the average wait time of every player.
For RIOT to fix this they should have the average wait time for that position that they have selected.
Mid position in ranked is usually in demand so their wait times would be very different from Support which is often the least demanded at low Elos. As you climb you'll notice a more stable Estimation time across the positions as more people tend to play each one.
Plat V = 8-12 minute queue times. Hehehe...... ;_;
