I feel the only reason 10 bans hasn't been implemented yet is because Rito it scared about Yasuo be-
-ing banned every game. Same with Lee Sin and that stuff.

LostFr0st4 votesNo, it's because 10 bans needs the new client. That's legit the reason. The old client physically can't do 10 bans.
KoKoboto1 votesI feel Yasuo getting 100% banrate will still be an issue that Rito will have to address. I forgot about that, I switched to the new client as soon as it was an option. Forgot not everybody was using it.
LostFr0st1 votesYeah, new client is fully replacing the old one this week though, so 10 bans should be soon. Zed and Fizz have the same problem right now tbh. Maybe they're hoping the meta shift and tank update will solve it but I doubt it will.
