Ideas for new 1-point masteries?

With the new patch, we got a new 1-point mastery at Tier 1 of the Cunning tree, Assassin. This benefits champions who are out there on their own, as a lone wolf, as it increases their damage when no buddies are nearby.

Now, Riot has stated to want to flesh out all 1-point choices to include 3 options eventually.

So, let's try and help them by brainstorming a few ideas. However, don't just drop something into the discussion, but try and explain the thoughts you had behind your mastery (Who is it for? Why place it there in that tree?)

My personal ideas:

Adaptive Armor Resolve, Tier 1 Gain X% of your higher resistance as a bonus to your lower resistance.

Essentially, old adaptive Armor to increase your all-around tankiness a notch. As a tankiness mastery, it is in Resolve. It is Tier 1 to offer a choice between better roaming (midgame), less damage (early game) and increased tankiness (late game). Its intended users are, obviously, tanks against teams that necessitate stacking one resistance primarily, but also feature a threat of the other damage type that you cannot ignore.

Bounty Hunter Inspired by JackYAqua Current Bounty Hunter is renamed to Trophy Chaser/Hunter Ferocity Tier 2 Gain 1% increased damage per bounty tier against enemies that have a bounty

Intended for use on champions against teams that are prone to racking up kills on one or two people.

Power-creep (alternative name: Underdog): If your champion is part of the original 40 or is immobile, gaing 10% bonus true damage on damaging spells.

Total damage of critical strikes is reduced by 10%.

Put it right below Keystone masteries in the Resolve Tree next to Swiftness and Legendary Guardian.

I want my unreducable ~27% damage reduction (Ninja Tabi, Randuin's Omen, mastery) back against Yasuo and Tryndamere (and Ashe, I guess).
