Fill but not X roll in draft

Anyone else think the addition of a secondary option when primary is fill to not play a certain roll would be good? I am good at everything except ADC and would like the option of playing the other 4 rolls in ranked.

Do not fill if you do not wish to fill. Just rotate your primary/secondary across games.

I oppose for mainly two reason. The first being it is a too complicated interaction/setting and the second being most people would opt out of support/jungle/adc making games take longer to start. I mean picking fill you should know those roles so it is not that it just comes down to preference pushing roles out as unfavourable.

People who don't wish to play those roles aren't going to pick fill anyways. This option would cause many more people to chose fill than currently do making it go faster. I not only suck at adc, I flat out refuse to play adc so I will never pick fill leaving only 2 options for matchmaking to chose. If this was added there would be 4 options for matchmaking to place me in, therefor lower queue times.
