Draven and Miss fortune CRUSHING the entire bot lane roster. Anything going to be done?

Its actually absurd. You see a chunk of the bot lane roster at 50% -49% ish , then another chunk at 48-47%, then out of nowhere you see miss fortune and draven obliterating at near 53%/54% with also good play-rates. (Source lolalytics, click on patch 8.11)

They already hotfixed ezreal + kaisa and that lead to the crit marksmen gaining 1-2% winrate. If they just hotfix draven and MF then it will likely produce a similar effect.

I think what annoys the shit out of players the most about Riot is when theres a blatantly obvious issue at hand and they just wait 2-3 months doing absolutely nothing and then they finally address it. Exactly what they did with Kai'sa and ezreal. These champions where a huge issue for a month+ and everybody (even the boards) predicted that the ADC crit nerfs wouldnt impact them and would just lead to their problems being even more apparent. Thats exactly what happened and Riot had to hotfix them. Wonder if they will make us wait months for draven/MF as well. In the current game state, if draven gets snowballing there is almost no stopping this guy. But I get Riot wont nerf him cause they play favorites to a certain streamer who will just scream and rage and break stuff if his OP champ gets nerfed.

Theres also a few mid lane champs that need immediate power downs and I wonder how many months Riot will make us wait until they finally do whats obvious in that regard as well.
