Is Mundo anywhere near the bucket list of champions to tune up abit?

I feel like his passive could use some more love. Its main point of power is during the early game to counter act the HP costs and add abit of lane sustain, but outside of that it really falls off.

If by some chance he is infact being looked at right now or in the near future this is what I wanted to suggest.

Tie the passive into base HP regen. It could be lowered or increased accordingly but the point would still be to tie his regen into the base HP regen stat so that the items with % base HP regen empowers it, further strengthening his role as a regen tank.

Active regen tank, not passive so warmogs doesn't exactly count. And yes, his ult with SV is strong but for the most part while he's tank he doesn't do much else, especially if it's end game where everyone's level 18 with full items and the ADC built properly. At that point even with your ult you won't tank for long with proper focus, much less actually manage to do damage or peel.

The main point is that I'd like to see something more done with his passive. If his kit identity is regen tank then putting that idea into the passive would be nice as mundo is on the weaker side atm with damage top laners destroying him.

I'd also say he deserves a visual upgrade. Such a fun unique-looking Champ, it is a crying shame he looks as crappy as he does.

Can honestly say I've rarely lost lane with Mundo.

He is still really strong, just underpicked because the damage in this game is too damn high so people feel they need to take 5 carries into a game.

A decent top laner of gold and above will easily destroy him with most damage tops. His biggest issue is with Irelia who can typically 100% win vs him.
