I just played a game as Ryze...

This champ blows so hard. Before all the nerfs he didn't even feel that good. But pro play had to have this champion ruined for everyone else. I actually hate his new ultimate so much because its value really depends on having a team that understands how it works and recognizing situations where grouping as a team or with certain teammates can be beneficial in situations that normally wouldn't be. But now all his damage had to forced into the rest of kit to make up for the lack of damage an AP carries ult has. Outside of pro play and before the nerfs Ryze mainly farmed early to mid game until he was strong enough to start destroying the front line and maybe once in a while when the moons aligned was in a position where he could use his ultimate effectively instead of just ulting to lanes or for clean up kills (which only really happened at rank 2 because of how much of a joke the range on his level 1 ult is). Before all the nerfs started coming I actually enjoyed his kit until I hit 6 and still had 3 useful abilities instead of 4 like everybody else.

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET THIS CHAMPION DONE RIGHT?

I hope in his next rework his current garbage ultimate is scraped and maybe brought back on someone who can actually tp into an area solo and not die because they aren't a squishy mage that would get CC and blown up.
