Alright, so lower his base armor to Riven's, who is a fighter. Right, you asking for him to be bowled over 24/7? He needs that base armor, get over it. Hes a juggernaut for pete's sake.

Ok... do you have any data or anything that would actually indicate that this sort of change would make him "not too strong, not too weak"?
