an ap version of maw would look like this

unique passive: upon taking physical damage that would reduce maximum hp below 30%, causes all enemies to be knocked back 400 units and stuns if they hit terrain and reduces cooldowns of all abilities by 3 seconds, also procs raptor cloaks passive regardless if the user is near a tower

on a 90 second cooldown

which sounds op bc it is

but im pretty sure maw would still be more powerful
