In previous game, being up 7 towers and being 20/5 didn't mean anything as LeBlanc, because twitch could appear behind me and 3 shot me once he has 4 items

"Bu...but build zhonyas" The Average human reaction time of 0.25 seconds + the delay on your ping means that twitch can already get 1-2 auto attacks off before you are even able to zhonyas

Armor didn't do anything, and by them time I react, move the finger over the key, press the key down, and the servers receive that command I only have 300 hp left

Even if you manage to react to him, you still have to wait 1.5 seconds to burst him because "assassins need delays". Meanwhile it's fine for twitch to do it instantly because he is an adc and he deserves special treatment.
