Zed QSS Nerf...

Just a thought here.. If Zed ults you and you clear it with QSS he shouldn't be able to R back to his shadow since you removed the ult. It should remove that shadow. Would decrease turret dives and make him a little more counter-able.

That would make QSS a true counter to Zed's ult rather than just a semi-defense (Zed still gets teleported directly to you for free damage and the shadow(s) persist(s)).

That would be a fair and reasonable change .... therefore it will never happen.

i guess being able to remove 1/3 of his damage isn't enough

How would this remove 2/3 his damage? It doesn't remove any more damage than it already does. It just stops him from having an instantaneous disengage if he frivolously casts his E instead of using it as an escape against a champ that has a QSS. Not to mention that a QSS isn't key in most damage champ builds.

Late game your ult should be hitting for close to half their health depending on whether or not you can hit a triple q

also Zed can't spam his e, it costs a lot of energy :l

so make zed worthless late game?

This wouldn't make him worthless at all. Only a few champs in a game would actually build a QSS. This also wouldn't affect his E - Shadow so he could still use the E as an escape. It would just remove his ability in early/mid to turret dive some champs or make it a high risk high reward manouver instead of just handing him kills.

QSS removes your debuff.

It doesn't do anything to anyone else.

E.g. you can use QSS to remove the stat drain you've encountered when stats are stolen, but it doesn't take those stats away from the person who stole them from you (such as chilling smite).

Zed needs a non-itemization nerf anyways. People who can itemize against Zed efficiently can already handle him okay. It's the champions who have to break their builds because they're forced to itemize against him that suffer the most.
