Playing against a ranged champion with MS runes is retarded. They literally just walk around and kite everything.
For the same reason we need to remove ghost
Ranged champions are not suppose to be able to simply out run melee. Melee champions always have had higher MS than ranged. Now they just equip MS runes, take ghost, and out run.
