Need to make people drop out of tiers easily

Too many players were boosted during DQ and so many of them are just sitting in plat 5, not getting demoted down. It's frustrating to play with or against players who clearly do not deserve to be where they are.

Players don't know how to dive towers (who should and how to take turns on tower aggro). People just wondering: should I go in? or wait? etc. at plat 5 this shouldn't be an issue.

Junglers simply don't plan their paths. No consideration given to who they need to help, in which order, which camp to clear, in which order, which lane to cover, locating enemy jungle, etc. simply stupid and don't deserve tier.

Players don't even know how to not waste farm, when to roam, who should go cover lanes, who should split push, when to tp, where to ward, can't even cs in lane... just plain stupid.

Just a bunch of stupid players got higher tier because they played with friends and basically ran around ganking and taking objectives for free.
