Is there anything I can do to save my ADC when Zed ults them?
Because I can't think of anything. It seems like the damage applies too quickly to stop. It all happens so fast and the next thing I know, my ADC is dead and Zed is gone.

What support are you playing?
I wasn't the support. I was Sion jg.
ult or q. his ult doesn't do much if he can't get any damage off also tell them to build a zhonyas or ga
I don't know if Sion's Q can knock up that quickly
Eh... well there is hardly much you can do as a jungle aside from preventing Zed to reach the ADC in the first place.
The best you could do is probably buy a
if no one else has done so.
It is more the ADC and his support job to deal with surviving the damage if he manages to reach him.
You can charge your Q for 1 second to knock him up when you see him cast hit ult. You should have enough time to at least knock him for a second to prevent a lot of damage from stacking up.
But yeah, best way to save your ADC is to not let Zed reach him at all.

Ult him if you're right on top of him. Otherwise no, not really.
Pick someone with faster CC if you want to peel an assassin, lol.
Well, actually, IIRC Sion's ult knocks up at .5 seconds, so you could time it to knock Zed up about when he appears.
If you're playing Bardkai
ult them
depends on the champ you have as support.

CC Zed the moment he appears (he will appear behind them) so he can't do as much damage, exhaust zed, shield/heal them, use locket shield, etc
try to tap
behind them really fast (I think he lands behind the enemy when he ults) and shield them if you can
You could buy Mikael's Crucible. That's will stop the ult like old QSS used to do.
Mikael doesn't remove Zed ult, it never did. It is still a good item to have against Zed to give the ADC enough health to survive the burst and can prevent Zed's passive from kicking in if he tries to land an auto with it.
It didn't? Wow im dumb

the adc needs to do something for themselves vs
maybe get a
?
?
Depends on the ADC.
is generally a poor choice for the majority of ADCs. It should only be used as a last resort against a fed Zed. It doesn't provide enough killing power for the ADC to do the job he is meant to do otherwise.
is a last resort most of the time and almost always a late game item.
for
should be enough, so long as he knows how to position himself to prevent a wild Zed from 100-0 him.
is a very good pick for many ADCs and the heal will help them survive.
is also good with many ADCs and can give them enough leeway to survive the burst by lifestealing enough health back.
is a great item for a lot of ADCs too and the health it provides will help greatly.
's shield will give ADCs that make good use of the item enough effective health to survive most burst.
Aside from that, you have
and the only other thing the ADC can do usually is to avoid shuriken and lean on his team to protect him.
The Support can use:
and/or
. Else they have to rely on their kit to defend their ADC.

but you dont get
for the damage you get it for the extra hp and the shield if provides if you get bursted which is what a
does. and the shield and hp will help vs ap burst as well. the lil bit of bonus ad nice usually late game about 22 ad depending on the champ and if you do get burst you get the extra 25% base damage boost that combined with a
could give you alot of lifesteal to counter.
but my question about
being viable vs a zed ult?
Which is why I said
is a last resort.
The ADC needs to build full on damage. It's his job and there are very few exceptions to it. If the ADC doesn't have enough damage, he won't be killing anything. His team is the one that will take the majority of hits and the team needs to prevent the ADC from getting jumped on by protecting him.
doesn't remove Zed's ult. It also is a poor choice because
is almost always the best choice when it comes to getting through the laning phase because you are 2 on the bot lane so you can save your support with it or bait dives or engages.

you would figure
based on the tool tip which states " Removes all disables and summoner spell debuffs affecting your champion and lowers the duration of incoming disables by 65% for 3 seconds." would count
ult as a debuff?
but zed isnt nearly as played as much and due to the Q passive of having to hit 3 to proc bonus damage and the cd on his W i dont find him in lower elos spammed left and right for the free win anymore so i dont care. i was just asking for sole purpose of knowledge
zed does nothing special with the ult itself aside from close the gap and some minimal damage.. its what he does next that's the problem
healing or anything will help your adc out a lot but preventing as much damage as you can before the ult triggers again is best
does
work vs zed's ult? i know
dont. if not
then use
as an adc vs a zed?
There is no way to cleanse his ult now, you can only really either prevent the damage or give them such huge shields that it is impossible to assassinate someone.
Depends on the support you're playing. After all, they do all play a tad differently.
Depends on the support. Normally you would just drop CC where Zed will land post-ultimate, that is behind where he started.
So if you're playing Nami it's best to start channeling your bubble around the time you see Zed's X on your adc and aim it on the opposite side of where he was. Then Exhaust him or use whatever actives you and your adc have.
Bard ult your ad carry after zeds casts his ult
or zilean ult or lulu ult or janna ult exhaust is always good against zed too (like always)
Yeah, you can CC him after he lands from his ult or Exhaust him.
Be Tahm Kench and eat them?
the solution to every problem in league is cc. a good zed usually doesn't ult a full health adc late game. because he will get cced before he does damage. you try to WQ E and chunk some of their health before going for the kill. if he has duskblade and your adc isn't at full health they usually die. zed can kill an adc with ignite auto q and E after he ults. unless hes exahusted.
i find jinx to be more of the annoying adcs to kill because she has two forms of cc and she can drop her chompers behind her and ruin my day. also vayne because she can kill you just as fast as you can kill her and also her stupid ultimate that you probably don't have a pink ward at full build for.
lucian and ezreal also hard to kill because of dashes.
for zed jhin is usually the easiest one to kill. he doesn't have a way to cc you fast or get away from you.
also. body block. stay over your adc as a big tank. zed damage is less if it hits other people less.
also graves can 1v1 zed because graves is bullshit tanky.
if he gets exahusted he will not be able to 100-0 adc. champs like nautlitus. with point click cc work well against zed. thresh and blitzcrank as support work well too because they can pull zed away. and cc him. taric is good because taric. janna is okay as well. soraka usually gets ulted by zed if shes on the other team but she usually will silence him
also GA is the bane of assassins. especially ones that rely on long cd ult like zed or talon. and usually if you lose one fighgt late game you lose game which is why it only matter that one or two times
One future option is curling up in a ball until the assassin update, but that is probably going to be during pre-season.
More seriously, Instant CC, Running locket and face of the mountain, exhaust, and depending on comp it could just be the adc getting a GA so once Zed spends everything to kill them it wasn't to any benefit, but that only works if Zed is HARD diving you kill your adc and that is the only thing happening that must be prevented. (does happen.)

If you're Sion:
